Rebranding Degreed
After about eight years, Degreed aimed to refresh their brand and further establish themselves as a professional, yet friendlier L&D platform. No longer the scrappy start up, Degreed grew into a company with a $1B valuation. The brand fine-tuned its recognizable logo and added more warm colors to their palette, produced more bold and colorful photoshoots for marketing, and incorporated illustrations within the platform.

Degreed Refresh Assets
A few years after Degreed’s rebrand, the company pivoted to use new elements such as layered textures, photo collages, and geometric icons. The brand kept the logo and streamlined its typefaces and pursued a more sharp and technical feel.
My responsibilities included the creation of new imagery and assets that could be utilized by multiple teams, internally. This included collaged hero imagery, branded backgrounds for meetings and social media, and geometric icons for use in marketing collateral and presentations. Building a library of new assets that aligned with the new brand direction allowed for more efficient content creation.
